The location FAB and favourable on local eatery's.

The rooms with a kitchen. Marvellous and comfy location, a few steps away from everywhere.

Great location, staff and parking. Suite was very roomy and comfortable.

Bathroom in suite was showing its age and public restroom (woman) on main floor was filthy.

Hotel could use a bit of a face lift-- Continental breakfast was coffee and croissants only. Would have preferred more variety.

Close to white plains airport

Room key didn't work, had to be let in to room by desk staff throughout stay. Taxi ordered for early am trip to the airport never came, and am clerk could not find any information about it, leading to a last minute need to drive ourselves to the airport. The internet also did not work.

Comforts of spacious deluxe king suite with 2 full beds were fabulous. Location: the hotel was very close to the Metro North train station which enables access to NYC's Grand Central Station and Stamford restaurants and shopping and downtown restaurants.

There are significant issues with maintenance in the rooms. Several electrical features like lamps and the TV's outlet were a bit of a mess, with one lamp completely unplugged and reading lights nonfunctional. I encountered unpleasant smells in the room that were hard to ignore, possibly due to the scent dispensers in place. The carpet also felt damp. More importantly, breakfast choices left something to be desired, especially for travelers looking for a hearty start. The experience felt disorganized for a supposed 'suite' hotel, and might not live up to expectations for all guests.

I had a decent stay, enjoying the spacious kitchen area and helpful front desk staff who promptly offered to change rooms due to the smell. However, the room wasn't as clean as shown in the photos.

We stayed for one night in the Double Royal Suite. The room was huge, perfect for our family. We loved the cats roaming in the lobby. They were adorable!
